With over 15 years of experience in HR, I am always looking to surpass myself by wanting to learn about my job. As far back as I can remember, I have always loved getting to know people and helping them. I am most accomplished when I am surrounded by people and helping them achieve their goals. In my career, I have seen the incredible power of this ability to question yourself to push your limits further.

Passionate about people development, I am authentic in my approach, curious, empathetic, and above all a good listener. I like to provoke reflections and push the coachee out of their comfort zone while respecting their limits. Without judgment, I truly believe that each individual has all the keys to success, sometimes all it takes is a little help.
